The website Asianmix.eu can be used for your private, non-commercial purposes, subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the AsianMix website, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. The supplier of the ordered goods is AsianMix d.o.o. based in Ludbreg, Croatia. AsianMix d.o.o. offers the purchase of a wide range of products listed on the website. The offer includes various design and modeling services and products. A “buyer” is defined as any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required data, and successfully submits it through registration.

Registration

Registration allows the storage of data that will be used for contact, delivery, or advertising of our products, new arrivals, and special discounts. Additionally, registration makes future orders easier and faster to complete. All prices are expressed in euros (€). Customers are advised to review these terms before making any purchases and to check them regularly to stay informed of their rights and obligations. AsianMix d.o.o. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice and will not be responsible for any consequences arising from such changes. These changes take effect upon being posted on the website.

Sales Terms and Conditions

I) Contract Formation and Termination

These Terms and the specific sales conditions outlined for certain products constitute an offer by AsianMix d.o.o. to form a contract. By registering, completing an order, or engaging in another form of agreement acceptance, the user agrees to these conditions, forming a contract with AsianMix d.o.o. The commercial purpose of the contract is the purchase of selected products or services via the website, with the corresponding payment. The contract is concluded remotely and can be completed via printed advertisements with an order form, by phone, or through the Internet.

II) Conditions and Procedure of Purchase

The key features of products, usage instructions, prices, special offers, payment methods, and delivery conditions valid at the time of order completion are presented alongside each product. All prices include VAT, and the same prices will be listed on the invoice. If the buyer does not receive a confirmation email, they may have entered the wrong email address and should contact asianmixstore@yahoo.com or call the customer service line.

III) Delivery and Shipping Conditions

a) Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process.
b) Shipping costs: The shipping cost is 5 EUR, with free shipping for orders over 30 EUR. For certain islands, a flat rate of 10 EUR applies.
c) The delivery time for in-stock products within Croatia is 10-15 business days.

IV) Complaints and Objections

Ordered products are packaged in a way that prevents damage during normal handling in transport/delivery. The buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon receipt. By refusing to accept the delivery, the courier service will complete a Damage Record and return the shipment to AsianMix d.o.o. with a note that the shipment has a defect. Complaints regarding product defects and all other objections can be submitted in writing via electronic or regular mail to: email: asianmixstore@yahoo.com, address: AsianMix d.o.o., Ulica Petra Krešimira 17/A, 42230 Ludbreg. In the case of a justified complaint, a contract cancellation will be allowed with a refund of the paid amount or an exchange for the same product or another product of the same value, i.e., with an additional payment or partial refund if necessary. If it concerns damage and/or malfunction of the delivered goods, the buyer must send a photo of the complaint to asianmixstore@yahoo.com to be considered based on subsequent physical evidence. AsianMix d.o.o. will collect the claimed damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods at its own expense if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the buyer did not influence the defect, damage, or any deficiency of the goods. In the case of a justified complaint within the timeframes determined by the Law on Obligations, AsianMix d.o.o. will bear the full cost of replacing the product with a new one. In the event of a dispute regarding the justification of the complaint and/or the authenticity of the product, and if the buyer believes, based on a subjective assessment, that they did not receive an adequate product and/or service, it is customary in business practice to report the case to one of the competent institutions. The relevant and official bodies will then carry out all necessary checks to determine compliance with applicable laws. Upon the issuance of a decision, both parties, the buyer and the seller, will receive a specified record. Such an official record from an independent body is considered binding and sufficient to conclude the complaint procedure.

V) Payment Methods and Procedures

The price of the products and shipping costs can be paid in one of the following ways: a) Internet banking. Products for which an order has been confirmed can be paid via internet banking of any bank. After a successful order, AsianMix d.o.o. will send all necessary payment details via email. b) General payment slip. Products for which an order has been confirmed can be paid using a general payment slip at all bank branches, FINA, or Croatia Post offices. After a successful order, AsianMix d.o.o. will send all necessary payment details via email. c) Cash on delivery. Ordered products can be paid in cash upon delivery. The payer is solely responsible for any additional fees related to this payment method, and such fees are not reimbursable by AsianMix d.o.o.
